Meet the team
Tom oversees North Corp’s developments and projects with a primary focus on site identification, due diligence, concept design, feasibility, and finance. He also works within a global real estate business, where he advises his clients on a range of development projects across New Zealand and the South Pacific.
A member of the Property Institute of New Zealand (MPINZ) and New Zealand Institute of Valuers (NZIV), Tom is a registered and practicing valuer, valuing a wide range of property assets and developments.
Tom is passionate about building strong relationships with North Corp’s clients by developing the right property to suit the intended occupiers.
